Bloch Agents

Our agents

One lock, five professions.

Everywhere the same pattern: mandatory software, closed, with no way in — and teams retyping by hand what they have already read. Here is what an agent takes over, and what it will never touch.

Lawyers

In production at several firms

Diapaze · Secib · your back office · your forms

Enquiries arrive at night, at weekends, while you are in court. The ones that wait three days never become cases.

  • Handling enquiries from social channels, the website and the inbox around the clock, sorted by practice area and urgency.

  • Filing email attachments into the right client file — proposed, then approved with one click.

  • Drafting replies in the writing style of each individual lawyer in the firm.

  • Flagging files that have gone quiet, with the follow-up email already drafted.

  • Writing up meeting notes from the recording and filing them with the case.

  • On the administrative side: cheque entry and preparing payment reminders.

What stays with you

Legal advice, case analysis and fee quotes stay with the lawyer. The agent informs, qualifies and routes — it never advises. And it simply has no permission to send email: it leaves a draft, the lawyer sends it.

The intake and qualification agents are already running. The document-filing, drafting and administrative agents are being deployed.

Enforcement officers

Deployed in practice

Soolus · CDJ 2 · Septeo

Between the judgment that lands in your inbox and your software, there is only one thing: someone retyping. A good fifteen minutes per file.

  • Opening files from instructions received by email.

  • Creating party records under control, with duplicate checking.

  • Preparing documents from the practice’s own templates.

  • Tracking deadlines and the correspondence that goes with them.

What stays with you

Service of process is a legal monopoly: it stays with the sworn clerk. The agent prepares; it signs nothing and sends nothing. On a doubtful address or an uncertain classification, it stops and asks.

Not every practice runs the same software. We adapt to yours, not the other way round.

Doctors and surgeons

In production at one practice

Doctolib · your patient records · your supplier portals

Your audience messages you all day long. You are in consultation, or in theatre.

  • Incoming enquiries from social channels and the website, sorted and logged.

  • Routing to a consultation booking.

  • The patient newsletter, written in your voice and sent only once you have approved it.

  • Monthly collection of supplier invoices, filed and ready for the accountant.

What stays with you

No medical opinion, no diagnosis, no price for a procedure. The agent routes to a consultation — the only setting where those things are said.

Notaries

Use case

iNot · Genapi · Fichorga · Télé@ctes

Three vendors share the notarial sector. None of them is in a hurry to open up.

  • Preparing draft deeds from the documents received.

  • Flagging inconsistencies between the draft and its source documents.

  • Tracking formalities and chasing missing paperwork.

  • Filing documents as they arrive.

What stays with you

Executing the authentic deed, advising, and every point of law stay with the notary. The practice keeps control of every word.

We have not yet delivered a project in a notarial practice. That said, the same vendor equips the enforcement-officer practices where our agents already work.

Accountants

Use case

Pennylane · Cegid · Sage · ACD

Your production software structures the data. It does not go and fetch it from your clients.

  • Collecting records from your clients and chasing the ones that are missing.

  • Preparing the review file.

  • Tracking filing deadlines, client by client.

  • Reconciling flows and flagging what does not add up.

What stays with you

Signing the accounts and the certificate binds the registered accountant. That cannot be delegated.

We have not yet delivered a project in an accountancy practice.

The detail is worth telling in person.

Describe one task your teams repeat. We will tell you honestly whether an agent can take it over — and on what terms.
