Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission. Short quotation remains permitted under article L. 122-5 of the French intellectual property code, provided the source is named and linked.

The names of the practice software mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are named descriptively only: the mention implies no partnership, affiliation or endorsement.

This site asks you for nothing. There is no form, no account, no sign-up: the pages are static and can be read without leaving anything behind you.

You only send us data if you choose to write, to call or to book a slot. AMB HOLDING is then the data controller. The data processed is whatever you supply yourself — name, contact details, the content of your message. The purpose is to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry (article 6(1)(f)). This data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties. It is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Booking runs through a calendar provided by Google and hosted off this site: whatever you enter there is processed by Google, under its own privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to the email address listed above; you will have an answer within one month. If it does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising tracker, no analytics tool and no embedded social widget. That is why no banner asks for your consent: there is nothing to consent to.

Typefaces are served from this domain, not from a third-party server. To display this page, your browser calls no one but us.

The host, for its part, keeps technical connection logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — needed to keep the service secure and running. That processing is its own responsibility.

The information published here is indicative and may change without notice. The results quoted in the published cases are those observed at the clients concerned: they describe what happened, they are not a guarantee of outcome on another engagement.

This notice is governed by French law, wherever the site is read from.

Our services are aimed exclusively at professionals acting in the course of their business. The consumer mediation scheme under article L. 616-1 of the French consumer code therefore does not apply.

Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to this site or its content falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
